ZOOM MEDIATION is $100 less per hour than IN-PERSON MEDIATION.
Zoom Mediator’s Fee Schedule*
Hourly Rate: $300 per hour (e.g., $100 per party, if 3 parties) (2-hour minimum);
1/2 Day – (9:00 -1:00 or 2:00 – 6:00) – $1,050 (up to 4 hours);
Full Day – (up to 9 hours, including breaks) – $1,800.
In-Person Mediator’s Fee Schedule**
Hourly Rate: $400 per hour (e.g., $133 per party, if 3 parties) (2-hour minimum);
1/2 Day – (9:00 -1:00 or 2:00 – 6:00) – $1,400 (up to 4 hours);
Full Day – (up to 9 hours, including breaks) – $2,500.
Mortgage Modification Mediation in Bankruptcy Cases
Two 1-Hour Sessions – $500 total.
